Agent John Casey originally worked for the NSA and his last assignment was to protect the Intersect, also known as Chuck Bartowski.
The Rift has a habit of interrupting your life, there is no way back. And it has a habit of changing people. Not always in a way that's expected. Some people become shape shifters, some people can become invisible or heal people with their touch.
The first time Casey went through the Rift, he gained noticeable agility and strength. He became a part of Jack's group of spies.
A month later Casey went through the Rift a second time...and found himself in an entirely different body.
The body of a woman.
So he's away from his own world still and adjusting to being an entirely different, in every sense of the word, body. This is not a happy Casey.
